We take great pride in the quality of our footwear and offer a straightforward return policy for unworn items in their original condition within 28 days of purchase. Please ensure shoes are tried on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to initiate a return and receive your unique Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original green box, including all dust bags and accessories, and secure it within the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid courier label provided in your original shipment or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point or schedule a home collection through our logistics partner.
